The Office of Continuing & Extension Education at Taipei Medical Univeristy (TMU) is launching The 2025 New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program, scheduled to start from September 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026 at our Xinyi Campus in Taipei, Taiwan. We kindly invite your support in sharing this opportunity and recommending qualified candidates to apply.
This all-English program aims to enhance academic and professional exchange between Taiwan and countries under the New Southbound Policy. The curriculum focuses on key areas such as biomedical science, healthcare, laboratory techniques, and data analysis.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Applicants must be citizens of one of the following countries: Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Australia, or New Zealand.
2. Must NOT have any prior study experience in Taiwan or have received any Taiwan scholarship.
3. Have a background in biomedical science, healthcare, laboratory work, or data analysis
4. Hold a bachelor’s degree or in your senior year of college (no age limit)
5. Meet one of the following English proficiency standards: TOEIC 600, IELTS 5.0, TOEFL iBT 46, PTE 36, CELPIP 5
